Booking Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
Full Refund Policy:
Cancellations made 21 days or more before the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund. We understand plans can change and we strive to be as accommodating as possible.
Partial Refund Policy:
For cancellations made between 20 to 14 days before the event, a partial refund will be issued. This allows us to partially cover costs incurred in preparation for your event.
Non-Refundable Policy:
Cancellations made 13 days or less before the event date are non-refundable. At this point, we have allocated resources and turned down other potential bookings to ensure your event could be serviced perfectly.
Rescheduling Your Event:
We understand that sometimes a date change is necessary. You can reschedule your event subject to date availability if you notify us no later than 14 days before the original event date. Rescheduling is dependent on the availability of our staff and resources on the new requested date.
